Purchasing Products/Services

User Content Submissions & User Content Licensing Policy
Any text, images, videos, or other content you submit, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and promote across our platforms. You retain ownership and can continue using the content for non-commercial personal use. But we require an exclusive license for any commercial use. Content must be original work that does not infringe any 3rd party rights. You take full responsibility for any content you submit. We can terminate our use of any content at our discretion. Once terminated, our license ends but any content already distributed may remain.

Digital Collectibles (NFTs)

The Battle Bunnies may offer digital collectibles such as NFTs (non-fungible tokens) representing ownership over unique digital artwork. NFTs are recorded on blockchain ledgers for authenticity. NFTs do not confer any official affiliation with The Battle Bunnies, rights to associated intellectual property, rights to redistribute linked artwork, promises of financial value, or guarantees of benefits/utility. NFTs should be purchased solely for personal use and enjoyment as a collector. The Battle Bunnies makes no representations regarding value or investment potential. Pricing and availability of NFTs are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.

Ownership of an NFT requires following all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrencies, blockchain assets, and our User Conduct terms. We make no guarantees regarding hacking, theft, or platform connectivity issues outside our control.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to make any changes to the site, content, services, and products at our sole discretion.

Disputes

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida and governed by Florida law. You consent to personal jurisdiction of such courts for disputes. We will attempt to resolve any disputes informally first. Contact us with any issues before taking legal action. Class action lawsuits and class arbitrations are prohibited under these Terms. You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Battle Bunnies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use of our site, content, services, or products, violation of these Terms, violation of any third party rights, or violation of any law.

Returns/Refunds Policy
Physical products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Digital products and services are non-refundable given immediate access granted, unless they have a defect preventing access. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the return.

Shipping Policy
We ship physical products through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are presented at checkout based on your address. We provide tracking information via email once available. Insurance and signature on delivery may be available at added cost. We are not liable for delays from carrier issues once shipped. Loss should be reported immediately for carrier claims.

Community Guidelines
Users must treat each other with respect and refrain from harassment, hate speech, threats, Spamming, illegal activities, violating privacy, impersonating others, or general abusiveness. Moderate profanity is allowed, but excessive profanity, obscenity, and adult content are prohibited. Topics should be relevant to community objectives. The Battle Bunnies reserves the right to remove any user content or terminate any user accounts that violate these guidelines or terms of service.

Cookie Policy

Content Collaboration Waiver

Users may optionally submit various types of content for consideration to be incorporated into or inspire official Battle Bunnies creative works. This includes but is not limited to: names, characters, story elements, art, ideas, feedback, or other contributions. By submitting any such content, you agree to the following waiver terms:

• Submissions are provided voluntarily and solely for entertainment purposes. Inclusion in Battle Bunnies IP is not guaranteed.

• You grant Battle Bunnies an exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and modify your submissions or any elements therein Battle Bunnies retains full ownership and discretion over all IP usage. You have no rights to official canon, compensation, or creative control.

• Any engagement beyond informal attribution is at Battle Bunnies' sole discretion and not guaranteed or binding.

• You affirm submissions are original work that does not infringe any third party rights. However, Battle Bunnies is not liable for any IP infringement arising from content you provide.
